Frances Claire
Ladies, I’m so pleased to announce this week’s Queen of the week. She is a silent force within the Queendom make shit happen! This lovely Queen is so sweet and helpful and ready to jump in! Now as you know, Crowned for Success is all about empowering women to meet their highest potential. And, we want to recognize the Queens in our Queendom for their hard work. This week I have the honor to announce that our Queen of the week is Regional Vice President Frances! She is a featured blogger, click here for her author page, and an all-around awesome person.
So without further ado, let’s get to know Frances a little better.
Tell us a little bit about yourself?
I’m Frances, and I’m an Executive Vice President, Mentor, and Coach for Crowned for Success. I live in Auckland, New Zealand which is also where I grew up. I’m a single Mom to two amazing little people who keep me both busy and motivated! I’m also a network marketer, a Scorpio, a natural healer and I’m obsessed with Staffordshire Bull Terriers. Two of the most important things to me are love and freedom….and yes I believe that you can have both! I’m not quite a hippy but I do love living a low-tox lifestyle and essential oils have been my saving grace this last year. I swear they’re the reason I’m semi-sane. I live for summer and hope to live by the beach one day soon. I’ve often been told that I have a problem with authority, and I think that is a good thing: we should always question the way things are and live a life that feels true to yourself.
What do you do?
From an energetic perspective, clutter keeps you stuck in the vibration of your past and holds you back from your potential. It’s a roadblock between you and your dreams.
I help women to declutter their homes, minds, and hearts and consciously create spaces that are in alignment with their values, goals, and dreams. By bringing awareness to how the five senses of touch, sight, hearing, taste and smell influence emotion, I empower women to heal and reconnect to themselves. I also love helping women makeover their wardrobes and seeing their confidence increase in doing so.
Why do you do what you do?
I’m an introvert and have suffered from anxiety since childhood. Growing up I was very passionate, opinionated and determined BUT I was also very insecure and I hated having attention on me. So in order to not stand out, I toned myself down. I wish I had known that in order to be happy I didn’t need to less of anything but rather more of myself. It took me a long time to get to a place of self-acceptance, where I truly felt good about being me. My hope is to help people avoid some of the unnecessary pain that I’ve been through.
Making just a few small changes to your home environment can have such a profound impact on how you experience this thing called life. I love seeing it click for people that they can make choices that influence how they feel and that they don’t have to be at the mercy of their emotions. It’s the little things that all add up to make big changes in the way we feel.
What are you working on right now?
Right now I’m creating two e-courses: A Wardrobe Makeover Guide and Conscious Homes – change your space, change your life. I’m also creating content that combines two of my passions: Essential Oils and Emotions.
On a personal level, I’m using this time while we are in lockdown to re-evaluate what I want my life to look like moving forward. I’m simplifying the f*ck out of everything and documenting my process so I can share it with my clients.
When you’re working with Queens what do you hope they take away from your interactions with them?
I want them to know that they are deserving of love and happiness just for being alive. That I care about them and that their feelings are important. Because so often as women we prioritize everyone else’s needs first. Something I know to be true is that my children, especially my daughter, are at their happiest when they see their Mumma is happy.
I hope they feel comforted with the knowledge that their emotions are there to guide them and that it’s okay to let themselves feel. That experiencing a full range of emotion is a good thing, and that there are easy, actionable steps they can take to make big shifts in the way they feel every day. I want them to experience a sense of relief, knowing that they can take their power back and create spaces that make them feel good!
Are there any other tidbits you’d like to add?
Appreciate who you are today the way your future self at 90 would looking back. That perspective will never fail you.
It’s ok to take a step back. To pause. To recenter and realign. You’re allowed to change your mind. Things don’t have to happen in a certain order or to someone else’s timeline. Take the pressure off yourself and instead of exhausting yourself with hitting goal after goal, just focus on feeling good.
Things change and people may no longer be in your life but that doesn’t make your experiences mean any less. Real love doesn’t disappear. It changes, adapts and transforms. Love is the one constant force in this world of unknowns. So choose from your heart.
I also have a free gift to leave you, my Bedroom Makeover Checklist.
Enjoy.
