Hello Queens! A week passes so fast! And if you haven’t seen the hustle in the Queendom, it may mean that you’ve been hustling too. This week I want to highlight and congratulation the new Vice President of Crowned for Success Jihan Shogen!!!
I cannot tell you how happy I am to have the privilege to introduce this amazing Queen. She is an integral piece of the Queendom and one of the reasons we continue to grow. Jihan busts her butt working hard to inspire, coach, and guide you. This week we take a second and honor her.
So, I am pleased and privileged to introduce Jihan Shogan, Vice President of Crowned for Success!
Tell us a little bit about yourself
It’s been said that I have quite a diverse and interesting background. Professionally, I’ve worked in technology, social media, hospitality, staffing, event planning, Government, Non-Profit, and retail environments. For over 15 years, all of the positions that I have held had the common thread of working with people from all walks of life and establishing beneficial relationships.
My education and training include BS degree from the University of Miami in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. I have an MS in Health Care Administration and an MBA. I’m also a graduate of iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching). I earned my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
What do you do?
I am a women’s empowerment life and business coach and I run the largest women’s empowerment network on social media, Crowned for Success. I am a mommy, a mompreneur, a network marketer, and a lover of life.
Why do you do what you do?
I am a women’s empowerment life and business coach and I run the largest women’s empowerment network on social media, Crowned for Success. I am a mommy, a mompreneur, a network marketer, and a lover of life.
My life purpose is to help others help themselves. I have a passion for guiding people to discover their true WHO and become the master of their own lives. I believe that the answers lie within us all, but some individuals find the answers faster and with greater clarity by working with a Coach. Personally, I have life experience in relationships, self-growth, and surviving the nightmare of living unconsciously. I have lived through crises and have come out the other side. I have come to realize my true WHO and am living my DREAM.
What are you working on now?
Right now Crowned for Success is EXPLODING! We are expanding our Regional Vice President program daily and our Queens are experiencing some amazing wins. I am working on new course offerings, coaching packages, and we also have a new membership “Side Hustle (with ❤) Society” group opening up! 
When you’re working with Queens, what do you hope they take away from your interactions with them?
It’s my life purpose to help others realize their inner radiance and live the life of their dreams. I am passionate about helping women realize their beauty and brilliance in all areas of life. I hope that every woman I work with walks away with a greater sense of self and the desire to reach her highest potential.
What is your biggest piece of advice
Make no assumptions (EVER) and take nothing personally
