Queen of the Week (01 March 2020)

Kristi Freeman

First off I’d like to say Happy Women’s History month! Crowned for Success is all about empowering women to meet their highest potential, and we want to recognize the Queens in our Queendom for their hard work. This week I am so proud to announce that our Queen of the for the first week of this empowering month is my sister from another mister and the Queendom’s Vice President of Sales Kristi Freeman!

So without further ado, let’s get to know Kristi a little better.

Tell us a little bit about yourself.

I’m Kristi and I’m another Sassy product of the Crowned For Success RVP program Class of 2017.  I currently reside just outside of Cincinnati, OH where I work full-time for C4S as the Vice President of the Sales Team.  I was raised in Decatur and Stone Mountain, GA where I lived until 2001 with husband #1.  When he and I divorced in 2007 I decided to stay in Cincinnati because I loved my job at the time and I had an amazing network of friends.  In 2010 I met the love of my life and married husband #2 who unfortunately passed away on Labor Day 2019.  So I’ve been through some difficult times the last few years having lost my Mother, Brother, and Father also in the last 5 years.Kristi Freeman

Becoming an RVP was the best thing I could’ve done for myself and has paid off not only financially but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually 10-fold.  The training, resources, and women have helped me to find my “new normal” several times.  I have the support and backing of women who want nothing but the best for me and will kick my ass when I need it.

What do you do?

As the Vice President of the Sales Team, I lead an amazing group of RVPs who want to become Sales Queens and some who already are.  There is a training program for each member who comes on board with the team as well as ongoing training to keep everyone’s Selling With Soul Mindsets up to speed.  Every month we promote a C4S program, mainly the RVP program.  I’ve dedicated myself to working it full-time because I thoroughly enjoy seeing people learn and then apply what they’ve learned to find success no matter how small or large.

Why do you do what you?

I do what I do because I believe in the power of the programs we promote.  I believe in Wendy Aimee Porter and the strength of this tribe.  This program has something to offer every woman regardless of her situation and regardless of whether or not she owns a business.   I see so many misguided, mistreated, misaligned females on Social Media who just want someone to show them the way.  While we don’t do the work for you, we are passionate about giving women the tools, skills, and resources to find their true purpose and passion and how to follow it.

Kristi, What are you working on now?

Right now I’m working on creating a Facebook Community for women who want to learn to live the #workfromwherever lifestyle.  The goal of this community is to provide women with a preview of the training they can expect to receive in the RVP program.  Our focus is primarily on Mindset and activities that you can do to raise your vibration when life throws monkey shit at you.  You can dodge it, let it hit you, or use your magic to turn it into something beautiful and sparkly.

When you’re working with Queens what do you hope they take away from your interactions with them?

I want every woman to walk away knowing that no matter how stuck they feel in life, relationships, business, or their careers, they’re not alone.  I want them to know that they can come to me when things are shitty or if they want to celebrate.  That although they may feel the loneliness set in, they aren’t alone and there’s always a way UP.  And I mean UP and not OUT.  Getting “OUT” of a situation leaves the opportunity to fall back into it.  Getting “UP” above a situation moves you far from it. It’s beneath you, and once it’s beneath you, you can put so much distance between you and IT, that at some point, IT becomes irrelevant.

What is your biggest piece of advice?

Whatever bullshit lie you keep telling yourself as to why you can’t be successful can be overcome.  Each and every one of us can be better than she was yesterday with the right mindset, the right support system, the right training, the right coaching.

Are there any other tidbits you’d like to add?
