Happy International Women’s Day! Crowned for Success is all about empowering women to meet their highest potential. And, we want to recognize the Queens in our Queendom for their hard work. This week I am so proud to announce that our Queen of the week is Regional Vice President of Lauralee! She is the confidence coach in our Side Hustle Society and on Youtube!!!
So without further ado, let’s get to know Lauralee a little better.
Tell the Queens a little bit about you, who you are, what you do, and somethings you enjoy personally?
My name is Lauralee Lapid and you can find me on social media @thetikigirl. Becoming a boss lady has always been a dream of mine not only because it radiates independence and elegance. But it also gives you that unique confidence and fulfillment you have longed for. I am unhappy working at a 9 – 5 corporate job and dreamt of what it would be like to work for myself. 
I was that young ugly duckling who had low self-esteem, wasn’t pretty enough and smart enough to achieve anything and incapable to recognize my self-worth. The truth is that every young woman has the potential of becoming what she wants and creating a very powerful image of what others will remember her for. Becoming a boss lady is a way of life that should be enjoyed graciously. But, it doesn’t always come easily it consists of your actions. How you choose to present yourself, your speech, and which makes up your essence.
My goal is to become a work / life empowering coach to help mentor young women over 30 years old that they can achieve the online success they desire through social media. I also want to inspire to become confident on camera, empowering women for a healthy self-esteem/confidence, and engaged with your audience. I want to encourage and empower women to leave their comfort zone so that she can really connect with herself and discover her true essence, what defines her, her purpose in life and connect in such a way that she can also turn it into a successful business.

When you are working with Queens, what do you hope they take away from your interactions?
A mindset that keeps you fixated on your goals because you are convinced about it and won’t let the obstacles you face wear you down. I want the Queens that I work with is to gain emotional and mental strength. because developing and maintaining self-confidence and a positive mindset, a mindset that won’t make you breakdown when others speak against you.
Lauralee, what is your biggest piece of advice for Queens on their journey?
First, be very clear about your reality. Nobody can change you and you do not lack anything. You are complete. At birth, you were perfectly designed with everything you need to be the best you. The most important thing you have to learn is to exploit them and make the most of them. Be able to begin your startup life and have a successful business and fulfill your dreams.
